Nate Zahn (Lead Guitar & Vocals)
		I picked the guitar when I was 13 years old and never pu it down. A brilliant man, John Wiebe, helped me discover my voice and since then I haven't stopped singing. I am absolutely in love with music. EAT, SLEEP, SWEAT, etc music. I have played in a few bands to date including the self proclaimed 'popular' underground punk group The Jerkstores, and Johnny D and the Heroin Hooters. A good friend of mine, Brandon 'Moose' Mcnab, started the groundworks of Cosmic Granola in 02 with me. Brandon really pushed me to become the player I am today. I have also pursued a solo career. Last year I shared the stage with Craig Cardiff, The Great Lake Swimmers, Ben Sures, Peter Elkass, and Band of Owls. In 2007 I finished 3rd in a songwriting contest (Downtown Cafe) which was co-written with Peter Bastedo. Digital recording has also become a part of my hobbies with work done for Craig Cardiff and Angela Stearns, including doing some solo work. I know live in Thunder Bay Ontario where I live at Cosmic Hedquaters with 4 plants and a dog.
Pete Bastedo (Bass)
		I first started taking guitar lessons when I was eleven years old. After about a year I decided that it wasn't for me. I've always loved to sing and have been performing in musicals since I was twelve. My freshman year of high school was when I first picked up a bass. A good friend of mine, Kyle Porter, played guiter and taught me the couple notes I needed to play to follow along with him. From there it was destiny, I couldn't put it down. The person who really inspired me to love music was my music teacher Anne Landon. She taught me the theory I needed to be a good musician but also game me the freedom to find my own sound.
Tylor Miller (Drums)
		Tylor joined Cosmic Granola in '08 Tylor has been playing music his whole life. He has payed in mnay bands including Wool Sweater and The Billy Manzik Band. Tylor doesnt like to admit it but he is an unbelivable dancer and has won many awards.
Mike Filipowitsch (Hon. member)
		Mike Filipowitsch is lead guitar player/singer for the Burt Nielson Band. He has been playing various shows with Cosmic Granola since Sept 07.

Cosmic Collective Members

The Cosmic Collective was formed in the fall of 2008 after the absence of Peter Bastedo. The collective was formed to continue the spread of Cosmic Granola music in the absence of their bass player. A collective of musicians that enjoy the music and play whatever shows they can. The collective plays Cosmic Granola music and new music written by Nate Zahn. Brandon Mcnab returns to the group after an absence of over 3 years. Brandon was originally a guitar player, but now can be seen playing bass. Sarah Bresnahan has played with Nate for a few acoustic shows and has been playing shows with the collective since Nov 2008. Mike Johnston also has played many acoustic shows with Nate and now can be seen on stage adding harmonies and percussion at various shows.
